Communication with remote clients is usually performed electronically (email, Skype, ICQ). To track the status of the project tasks we use an Issue Tracker System, e.g. Redmine, Zentrack, etc. Code synchronization and control can be done using SVN or Git repository.
Deadline for the submission of tasks depends on the agreement. Small and medium-sized projects are usually done within 3-5 days after the assignment.
